In the spirit of hump day, I did a leg workout! And I want to share it with everyone. I am an advanced trainer in the gym, and my goal is to increase strength, endurance, flexibility and “look better naked.” This workout focuses on strength.
Leg press was first because I worked out when the gym was busy, and it was available. Did a pyramid scheme: 1st set was 12 reps, then 10, 8, 6. Increased weight each time.
For the rest, 4 sets of each, heavy. 6-12 reps. Perfect form, as always.
Also, I supersetted the squats and leg extensions.
Oh, and I rode my bike to and from the gym, so that was 8.6 miles.
My legs are going to be sore tomorrow. Great workout!!!!
